To do the Side Shuffle with Down-Up, start standing with your feet together. Bend your knees and sit your butt back as you keep your chest up.

Then begin to move sideways. Step out with one foot to the side then step the other foot back in. Move quickly to the side with your feet staying basically parallel to each other. Don’t bring your feet all the way together as you shuffle laterally.

Move a few shuffles one direction then plant your feet and squat down to place your hands down in front of your feet. With your hands down, jump your feet back into a high plank position with your body in a nice straight line from your head to your heels. Your hands should be about under your shoulders and your core should be engaged.

Then jump your feet back up to your hands and stand back up. Shuffle back the other direction and again squat down and place your hands on the ground before jumping your feet back into a high plank position.

Again jump your feet back in toward your hands and shuffle back.
