What Equipment Do I Need?

A foam roller and ball is truly all you need. While I list dumbbell, band, bench and a variety of moves using other tools, each workout has alternative exercises listed so you can adjust to match the equipment you have. You can make every workout bodyweight only!

AND if you ever need a swap during the program, you can message in the app and a trainer can change a move for you to match what you have!

What If I Need Help?

You have the support of a trainer whenever you need! Message us in the app and, other than when we are sleeping, we’ll be there to reply and help you make any changes you need! You also have access to Zoom Office Hours and my Coaching Calls each and every week!

How Long Do These Workouts Take?

20 minutes! DUH! hehe That’s why it’s called the 20-Minute Max Out. Although the first time through, I recommend giving yourself a bit of time extra to get comfortable with everything. Even review the workouts the day before to know what your plan is going in and have alternative exercises even swapped in if you need!

Do I Have To Be An Advanced Exerciser To Do These?

NOPE! Not only do you have access to a trainer if you need to modify, but the intake form you fill out when you come in allows us to select the correct progression for you!

I Have Dietary Restrictions...Is That An Issue?

Nope! We have an RD on staff to help with health concerns and we can help you hit your macros no matter your dietary needs!

What Happens After The 30 Days?

After the 30 day challenge is up, and we DO include a few extra days to allow you to get comfortable, you will be able to keep your workout PDFs, an exercise library and all recipes and cheatsheets. 

However, you will lose access to the trainer and app other than to review your previous data and measurements.
