How many reps and sets?

These are great movements BUT this is not meant to be a workout. This is a variation video to show you lots of options and new moves you can include.

So often I get the question, “Well how many reps and sets?”

But this IS NOT A WORKOUT.

If you want a workout, you need to pick only a few that target the areas you want to work and combine them. You can use a variety of set ups, whether you use timed intervals or actually count reps and sets.
