Try This Quick Bodyweight Hybrid Workout!

When I travel, I still like to get in my workouts; HOWEVER, I don’t want to spend an hour in the gym when I could be out sightseeing!

That is why I love using bodyweight hybrid moves for a quick 5-10 minute blast in the morning. They are efficient and effective so I can stay on track but also fully get to enjoy my vacation.

5-Minute Full-Body Hybrid Burner

Set a timer for 20 second intervals and move right from one exercise to the next. Complete 3 rounds through the circuit without resting. Modify moves as needed, but don’t rest during the 20 seconds of work!

20 seconds Burpee Skier Hops
20 seconds Mountain Climber Row Push Up
20 seconds Squat Lunge Lunge
20 seconds Two-Way Plank Jacks
20 seconds Bulldog Shoulder Tap with Sit Thru
