In this episode we talk with Dennis and Kelsey of HIITBURN.com. Both are former college athletes and competed in basketball. Dennis’ passion for fitness though really started in college after putting on 30lbs of muscle.
In college, Dennis would work out 6-7 days a week, doing 90 minute workouts plus 2 hours of practice and even extra shooting. This led to him getting burnt out and searching for a better, more efficient way to get results. Which is what led to Dennis and Kelsey starting the high intensity interval training program that became their brand HIITBURN.
In the show, Dennis and Kelsey talk about how this single product transitioned their business and became the focus of their brand because they realized that this was not only want their clientele wanted, but also what they needed. They continue now to build HIITBURN around this avatar (ideal client), which has helped them hit over 100k likes on Facebook.
