Disruptors on the other hand are foods and behaviors that can exacerbate menopausal symptoms and have a negative effect on overall health.

Once you know what those are you can start making some changes. Because you are booster leaning your first focus should be to cut out some of the disruptors.

You can also try adding in some additional boosters. This will help balance out your diet and potentially reduce the negative symptoms associated with menopause

Your results are an essential step in understanding and optimizing your health during this transitional phase of life. Regardless of your score, remember that triggers are very personalized. It is not a one size fits all. Evaluating your diet can help you uncover those triggers that you are most sensitive to by removing one disruptor and seeing if your symptoms improve.
