I’m Cori Lefkowith the founder and owner of Redefining Strength. As a certified personal trainer and nutrition specialist with over a decade of experience in the fitness industry, I’ve seen it all when it comes to fitness journeys. From injuries and setbacks to weight gain and burnout, I know firsthand how challenging it can be to achieve your fitness goals.
But despite my own struggles, I’ve learned a thing or two about what it takes to overcome obstacles and achieve sustainable, long-term results. Through trial and error, I’ve gained the knowledge and expertise to help others do the same.
I take a personalized approach to training and nutrition coaching that meets the unique needs of each individual. I understand that no two fitness journeys are alike, and that’s why I offer programs to help you do this on your own and create customized programs that are tailored to your goals, preferences, and lifestyle.
