I created this program for two big reasons:

  1. Our current lifestyle generally leads to inactive glutes which can cause low back, hip and knee pain as well as prevent you from lifting as much or running as fast.
  2. Toned, sculpted, firm glutes look freaking sexy and nice!

I realized how important glute activation and strength was after not only getting a low back injury that put me out of competition for months, but also a hip injury that left me unable to train or really even walk properly. Both were due to inactive glutes.

Plus, like most women, I just wanted a better looking butt.

And the thing, at first, that I didn’t understand was how I could squat and deadlift so much, but my glute strength and even tone and size never really seemed to change.

That is when I learned the importance of creating that glute pump through burner workouts that combined glute isolation movements to target all three gluteal muscles. That is how I came up with the Booty Burner Challenge!

All too often we do workouts with moves that don’t actually force our glutes to work. We end up compensating and recruiting other muscles instead because our glutes are inactive.

How Long Do These Workouts Take?

Do I Have To Be An Advanced Exerciser To Do These?
Because the workouts are designed to isolate the glutes and include basic movements, all levels should be able to do them. They are also great for people of all ages and even people who’ve suffered from knee, ankle, hip and low back injuries in the past.
