Redefining Strength can accept refunds of products or services purchased directly from Redefining Strength and in accorance with the restrictions below. Although we strive to minimize processing times, refunds may take over one week to process once all required information and/or product(s) are received

1:1 Coaching Program

In order for our coaching programs to be successful, Redefining Strength fully invests in YOUR results. This includes hiring the best and most qualified specialty coaches, trainers dietitians and team members we can find. We invest in you, including working weekends and nights, managing our schedules and turning away other clients to help you succeed. We are ALL IN to make sure you get results and we need you to be ALL in too. We guarantee your results in writing with our Strong For Life Double Guarantee.

What is the Strong For Life Double Guarantee?

If you participate in the program for the entire duration, follow the program exactly as advised and do not see any results we will…

1. Refund 100% of the money you paid for coaching

2. Continue to train you for free until you do see results

To be eligible for the double guarantee you must follow the workout and nutrition plan as advised and participate in the suggested program tasks. You will not be eligible for the Double Guarantee if you choose to disengage with the program or fail to follow it as instructed.

Custom Supplements

Custom Supplements Due to the individualized nature of our products, and because your formulas is made 100% custom to you, returns/refunds are not offered. We do offer refunds prior to your consultation with a Redefining Strength Registered Dietitian, there is a $50 cancellation fee if an order is canceled. After your call is scheduled a refund is not available.

The Metabolic Shred

Redefining Strength offers a 30-day refund policy from the date of purchase. However, if you have received a refund for a course or another program in the past, you are not eligible for a refund on The Metabolic Shred. Email [email protected] for any refund requests. If you’ve purchased The Metabolic Shred with any other optional add ons only The Metabolic Shred is eligible for a refund.

Redefining Strength App (Dynamic Strength)

You can cancel your subscription or terminate your account at any time. When you log in to the app, you will see a “Purchases” section where you can manage the credit cards used and cancel recurring subscriptions. If you need assistance with canceling please email us at [email protected]

After canceling, you will be able to access your materials until the next scheduled bill date. However, after that date, you will no longer be able to use or access the platform.

Please note that there are no refunds available for fees already paid. Cancellation of a subscription or termination of an account does not entitle you to a refund for any unused portion of the subscription or any previous payments made.

The Macro Hacks

Redefining Strength offers a 30-day refund policy from the date of purchase. However, if you have received a refund for a course or another program in the past, you are not eligible for a refund on the Macro Hacks. All refunds are full refunds minus the transaction cost. Email [email protected] for any refund requests. You can return The Physical Book of the Macro Hacks within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund. The item must be unused and unopened in order to be returned. This EXCLUDES Macro Hacks Plus+ purchases. If you’ve purchased The Macro Hacks with any other items only The Macro Hacks is eligible for a refund.

Other E-books, digital downloads, meal plans, challenges, AND Hybrid Coaching

Self-guided programs such as eBooks, video courses, instant downloads, programs with lifetime access, custom meal plans, challenges, macro maps, and no track plans are non-refundable for any reason. The Hybrid coaching and Macro Hacks+ programs have limited slots available and give you immediate lifetime access to digital programs and materials. Because of the nature of these programs a refund is not available.

Physical Books, Card Decks and Equipment

You can return unopened item(s) within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund. Your item must be unused and unopened in order to be returned. If a digital version of the program is included you will be refunded the difference from the price of the physical product down to the price of the digital product.

Sale and Clarence Items

Items on clearance and purchased during seasonal sales promotions like Black Friday are non-refundable.

Apparel

Apparel purchased directly from Redefining Strength may be exchanged or returned for a refund or Redefining Strength store credit. The apparel item(s) must be deemed unworn, unwashed, and all original tags and labels must be attached to the item(s). If the apparel is deemed worn a refund will not be issued. To be considered for a refund or exchange, the return must be requested within 30 days of the purchase.

Virtual or In-Person Event Tickets

All event ticket sales are final. Tickets purchased for a Redefining Strength event may not be returned or exchanged for a full or partial refund.
