Bulldog Shoulder Taps
To do the Bulldog Shoulder Taps, start on your hands and knees with your knees under your hips and your hands under your shoulders. Flex your feet and lift up onto the balls of your feet and hands.
Holding here, lift one hand and tap your opposite shoulder. Try not to let your hips rotate as you lift your hand.
Place the hand back down and raise the other hand up to touch the other shoulder. Keep alternating shoulder taps slowly. Bring your hands slightly closer together to make the move easier. You can also straighten your legs out more into a plank to make it easier as well.
But try to keep the bulldog position and fight the urge to rotate as you lift each hand up. Move slowly versus rushing because you don’t feel balanced.
