WARM UP:
Roll out.
Stretch:
5-8 rounds Dynamic Squat Flow

WORKOUT:

Set a timer for 30 second intervals of work. Go right from one move to the next without resting. Rest 30 seconds after all moves are complete then go in reverse back through them. Do not rest during the 30 seconds of work. Regress if needed but don’t stop moving. (Click any move to learn how to do it!)

CIRCUIT:
30 seconds Half Burpee
30 seconds Climber Push Ups
30 seconds Squat Jumps
30 seconds Squat Jump Bulldog
30 seconds Single Arm Plank Jacks
30 seconds Lunge Burpees
30 seconds Squat Jacks
30 seconds Push Up with Alternating Toe Touch
30 seconds Roll to Oblique V-Up
30 seconds Spiderman Mountain Climbers
30 seconds Rest
30 seconds Spiderman Mountain Climbers
30 seconds Roll to Oblique V-Up
30 seconds Push Up with Alternating Toe Touch
30 seconds Squat Jacks
30 seconds Lunge Burpees
30 seconds Single Arm Plank Jacks
