Andrea’s coaching style is rooted in support, structure, and contagious positivity. She’s the coach who’ll cheer you on every step of the way…and also help you map out your schedule to make sure it actually happens. Whether you’re chasing a pull-up or learning to eat without guilt, she believes the best changes happen when you take it one win at a time.

Change is unpredictable BUT can be predictable. Just keep pushing play. Adapt, follow through and be accountable.
Hi Cori ! What I learned this year is : my body thanks me for slowing down ! With a background of massive overtraining (then injuries…), I decided to give a try to yin yoga (instead of sweaty power yoga) for my afternoon sesh (my morning routine is 3hrs long, between weight training, cardio, and vinyasa. Seems crazy but I was doing 6hrs cardio per day 2 years ago…). Long story short, now I feel more relaxed since noon because I don’t ‘have to perform’ in the afternoon, I enjoy the calm moments, and I sleep better ! Hope everything is clear (English isn’t my mother language) ! Merry Christmas, and pleaaaaase keep doing such inspiring vids, newsletters, and podcasts in 2021 ! ??♥️
YES! So true. It’s predictable in that you know it’s going to happen even if you can’t predict exactly how!
Really appreciate all this great advice – all so positive and motivating me for better things in 2021 ❤️
Very challenging year. Wicked. I won’t go into the negative ‘sh..t storms’ that swirled and threatened to carry me out to sea.
The saying that’s stuck on the wall at the Y; without challenge there is no growth.
1. I’ve often thought about using a personal trainer, but…nah..I can do it myself. I don’t need-no-stink’n-trainer!! 🙂 The Y shut down for most of the year, so I cleared out a space in the basement. Then I stumbled upon Redefining Strength on YouTube. Now I’m hooked. Imagine..a personal trainer anytime, anywhere. Freak’n amazing. Out of the negative of Covid, comes the positivity of Redefining Strength.
2. Another quote: When you’re going through hell, keep going!! Whether it’s five rounds of 30 second Burpees or something else…keep going.
Glad it helps Margaret! Wishing you all the best in 2021!
Love this Fred! Great attitude and some great sayings. I also feel like now you need some sort of burpee “hell” burner just so you can say you made it through hell officially ;-P Always here to help and glad you’re putting the videos to use! Here’s to a fabulous 2021!
