Hello Cori
I have always thought at the fact that different movements could stimulate but never found some one that was thinking at it
fortunately I met you

Hey thanks this was helpful! I’m not as fit as I want to be, or used to be. I have a two year old and work out from home.. I am wanting to get back into it to reach my goals, trying to figure out what they are and how to accomplish them. I know a lot of things but putting them into action and creating a workout for myself is where I get stuck, usually because of overthinking. I really appreciate how simple these tips are and how you laid them out. I’m thankful I came across your YouTube channel recently!
Glad the tips help Kyra!
Glad the tips help Enrico!
Thanks Coach,
Yes increase time or Double is one alternative. I was thinking in get early training times to just do more intensity exercises that maybe once a week feel differences respect the regular times like nighs workouts .
Thanks for your idea 🏹✨
I must admit, I try to avoid training longer as much as possible and focus instead on designing for the time we have! So many ways to use our time wisely and progress without training for longer!
