These progressions combine so many little tweaks to accelerate those muscle gainzzz and boost your metabolism for fabulous fat loss.
They’re the perfect way to be a lean, mean, super beastette (or beast) machine this summer.
The Physique Accelerator, while long and as close to 2-a-day workouts as I get, is the perfect Mini Cut complement and Shred if you do have a vacation or big event coming up. Pair that with some Mini Cut macros and you’re on 🔥
But one finisher I included in almost every progression this month is the Iso + Pulse Finisher.
Sometimes TEMPOS and timed sets combined with reps are where it is at!

And guess what?!
I HATED…Yup…HATED this finisher and kept it in my progression for extra long haha
And I found other ways to use this design besides just the quad killer original!
It burns so good!
Here’s one version of it to try…
Quadz Iso + Pulse Finisher
Complete 2-3 rounds through. Rest 45 seconds between rounds, but do not rest between the wall sit and pulses. You will hold 60 seconds then do the reps of squat pulses right after! Beginners may start with 20-30 seconds or you may do 1 round if legs are jello already. If you have time, include the bonus calf burner.
