Chair Pose

To do Chair Pose, stand with your feet and legs together. Then squat down, pushing your butt down and back. Sink to about parallel to the ground and bring your hands up to your chest in “prayer” pose. You can keep your hands here or extend your arms up overhead, trying to get your biceps by your ears.

Make sure to stay in a low squat and keep your chest up. Breathe as you hold.
