Standing Toe Touches

To do standing Toe Touches, start standing tall then kick one leg out and up and, as you do, swing the opposite arm down, around and then back up and overheard to come down in front and touch your toe as you kick the leg up. You are basically making a big circle with your arm as you kick your leg up to touch your toe and hand together.

Lower the leg down and then kick with the other leg up as you circle your arm down to meet your foot. Kick up as high as you can and feel your abs, hips, and glutes working. Only kick up as high as you can control. Beginners may not touch their hand and foot fully together.
