Brooke

Registered Dietitian. Former D1 Athlete. Making nutrition personal, not perfect.

Brooke brings something rare to nutrition coaching — the credentials of a Registered Dietitian combined with the perspective of a lifelong competitive athlete. After years playing Division I soccer, she understands what it means to fuel a body for performance, and what it means to rebuild your relationship with food when the structure of sport is gone.

Her approach is science-backed but never rigid. Brooke specializes in cutting through the noise of diet culture and helping clients understand how to fuel themselves in a way that actually fits their real life — not just on paper. Whether you’re dealing with hormonal shifts, metabolic frustration, or years of conflicting nutrition advice, she brings both clinical expertise and genuine empathy to the process.

Brooke’s mission is simple: make nutrition approachable. Not a set of rules to follow perfectly, but a personal framework that leaves you feeling confident, energized, and in control every single day.

Celebrating a huge win today. When I had my bone marrow transplant 100 days ago today, I set a goal that on Day +100, I would walk a 5K. I honestly had no idea if I would actually be able to do it since I could barely walk the 15 feet to the hospital bathroom at that time. leaned into my coach Brooke Harper to keep me focused and motivated.
Well, today was my Day +100 post transplant (Day 225 of fighting this brutal disease) and as texts came in this morning. from my family and Brooke, I headed out. I was committed to stay focused on my goal, take it a step at a time, and see what my body could do today.
Something that used to be seriously easy for me looked like an impossible mountain to climb but once I set my goal and never looked back. I would have been ok if I didn’t make it all the way today, as long as I did my best. But thankfully, my best today was the full 5K 💥🎉 It wasn’t fast or pretty but I DID IT!! 💥
