    Clients Say…

I’m a 56-year-old empty nester from Texas with two kids in college. Over time, I put on an unwanted 30 pounds and have been wanting to lose my belly fat and extra weight for a long time. Now that my kids are older, I decided it was finally time to focus on myself. In August, I started the Redefining Strength program, and I’ve been so surprised — I’m actually losing weight! So far, I’ve lost 17 pounds, and while I still have more to go, I’m confident I’ll reach my goal weight and learn how to keep it off. My coach, Lizzie Hope, is incredibly positive and encouraging. She’s put me on a challenging weightlifting program and monitors my calorie intake and macro ratios. Being part of the Redefining Strength community makes me feel like I’m not alone in my fitness journey. I’m learning to change old habits and build new, healthier ones. I absolutely love the program!
