Kristy

A decade of coaching. Built on empathy, expertise, and making fitness click for everyone.

Kristy’s path into coaching was shaped by her own experience navigating injuries, illness, and the relentless pressure to be perfect. That personal history gave her something that can’t be taught — a deep, genuine understanding of how hard this journey can be, and an unwavering commitment to making fitness more accessible and inclusive for everyone.

With over a decade of experience, she specializes in strength training, kettlebells, mobility, and corrective exercise. But her real strength is her ability to coach movement in a way that actually resonates — breaking down complex concepts, building real confidence, and helping clients develop the autonomy to keep progressing long after the program ends.

Kristy has worked with everyone from beginner lifters to tech entrepreneurs, and she’s especially drawn to clients who have never felt like they belonged in a gym. Her approach is calm, thoughtful, and deeply supportive — a guide who walks alongside you, not ahead of you, every step of the way.

Clients Say…

I recently completed a four-month 1:1 coaching program that focused on nutrition, workouts, and mindset. What made this experience so valuable was that it wasn’t just about numbers on a scale or measurements. It was about building accountability and creating habits I can carry forward. I clicked with Kristy right away, and her support made it easier to put myself in a vulnerable position without fear of judgment. She created a space where I could dig deep, learn more about myself, and recognize that there are areas I’ll continue to work on outside of my redefining strength journey. Along the way, I did see positive changes, but the real transformation was in how I show up for myself and stay consistent. This program helped me lay a foundation that I know will support me in becoming a stronger, better version of myself in the chapters ahead. It also reminded me of something I preach in my work “perfection is the enemy of the best”. Thank you to my coach/wrangler Kristy – you’re amazing
