Lynne brings decades of coaching experience and a personal understanding of what it means to prioritize health when life is pulling you in every direction. As a former military spouse and mother of two, she’s lived the reality of juggling family, responsibility, and self-care — and that experience shapes every practical, grounded recommendation she makes.

Her coaching is built around one core belief: fitness should be doable, not daunting. With a foundation in exercise science and certifications in personal training and corrective exercise, Lynne specializes in helping clients build sustainable habits around the demands of real life — whether that means meal planning around a chaotic schedule or finding workouts that fit into a 30-minute window.

Lynne’s energy is warm, encouraging, and genuinely enthusiastic. She shows up for her clients like a sideline cheerleader who also happens to have a deep knowledge of movement and nutrition — making the process feel supported, practical, and achievable every step of the way.
