Melissa spent 20 years shaping lives in the classroom before channeling that same gift for teaching and connection into health and wellness coaching. Her pivot wasn’t just professional — it was deeply personal. After losing her thyroid and gaining 40 pounds despite doing everything by the book, she immersed herself in strength training, mobility, and whole-person health to rebuild from the inside out. That experience is the foundation of everything she brings to her clients.

Her coaching is warm, encouraging, and attuned to the emotional and mental layers that make change hard. Melissa specializes in working with busy professionals and natural helpers — the people who spend their energy taking care of everyone else and struggle to prioritize themselves. She builds small, meaningful habits that feel genuinely doable, creating a sustainable path forward that doesn’t require overhauling your entire life to see results.
