Michelle

Licensed Registered Dietitian. Former collegiate athlete. Nutrition without the noise.

Michelle brings nearly a decade of clinical nutrition experience and the perspective of a former collegiate track athlete to every client she works with. That combination — rigorous academic training and real athletic experience — gives her an unusually practical, no-nonsense approach to nutrition coaching. She knows what it takes to fuel a body for performance, and she knows what happens when that relationship with food goes wrong.

Her coaching is rooted in simplicity and sustainability. With two degrees in nutrition and extensive counseling experience, Michelle specializes in cutting through the overwhelming noise of diet culture and helping clients find what actually works for their body and their life. She’s particularly skilled at working with women navigating perimenopause and postmenopause, and with athletes looking to optimize their performance through smarter fueling.

Michelle’s approach is empathetic, evidence-based, and completely judgment-free. Whether you’re just beginning your health journey or trying to break free from years of food fear and restriction, she brings the clinical expertise and the human understanding to help you move forward with clarity and confidence.

Clients Say…

I have been working 1:1 with Michelle for about a year. My goal is composition change, fat loss, improving workout performance and managing metabolism changes in my 50’s. I have learned so much! Little changes in my nutrition have made big improvements. Being a perimenopausal woman, things are always changing, and having Michelle to help me navigate these changes hasn’t always been easy, but super helpful! I would say if you are considering working with RS, DO IT!
