Rebecca’s coaching story starts in 2005, when she began her own fitness transformation and learned firsthand what it feels like to be stuck — and what it truly takes to break through. That personal foundation gives everything she does a depth of authenticity that her clients feel from day one.

Since becoming a coach in 2011, she has accumulated a track record that speaks for itself. Thirty-nine half marathons completed. A first-time runner coached to a Boston Marathon qualifying time. And a personal history of navigating serious setbacks — concussions, a C-section, rhabdomyolysis — that has only sharpened her understanding of resilience, recovery, and what the human body is capable of.

Rebecca works best with clients who are ready to tap into their inner athlete, regardless of their starting point. Her coaching combines functional fitness, endurance training, and mindset work to help people step off the scale and into a life that feels powerful, balanced, and genuinely sustainable. Her message is simple and consistent: strength isn’t just physical — it’s deeply personal.
