Sarah’s credentials span 19 years and cover group fitness, personal training, metabolic testing, and nutrition — but what truly sets her apart is what she brings beyond the certifications. Having lost over 80 pounds herself, she understands the emotional weight of this journey from the inside out. That lived experience is the foundation of a coaching practice built on genuine empathy, practical education, and the kind of encouragement that doesn’t quit.

She specializes in fat loss, muscle building, and hormonal health — with particular expertise in supporting perimenopausal and menopausal women, and chronic under-eaters caught in the restrict-binge cycle. Sarah understands the patterns that keep people stuck, and she knows exactly how to help clients break them through a combination of data-driven insight and meaningful mindset shifts.
