Clients Say…

I thought I knew it all. I thought I knew what I needed as far as diet, exercise, and balance. Oh, how could I have been so wrong! I worked so hard on my body and the restrictive diets including following a ketogenic diet 2-3x a year, intermittent fasting, and charting my macros for years. I’m a 62 year woman, cardiac nurse, CrossFit enthusiast, and type A personality. I’m not overweight. So, what is my problem and why did I decide to give up my old ways and allow for a new mindset? The answer plain and simple, results. I was doing all the right things, right? I wanted to see what I’d been working so hard for and could never quite see or feel the reward. Cori and her program spoke to me as I watched her FB page. Why am I not seeing results? Why am I depriving myself? I was teamed up with Coach Susa. She helped me to see how although I had the puzzle pieces and discipline, I lacked to see how to put it all together. I needed more protein, more calories, no more going into a tough CrossFit workout without feeding my body, and allowing for more weight lifting days, while incorporating and planning rest. Bingo! I’m seeing results and eating the foods I love, while achieving those muscles I worked so hard for. Who knew? I’m so incredibly happy I took the chance on this program. I can’t thank Coach Susa enough her support.
