Lori brings a blend of lived experience, resilience, and deep self-awareness to her coaching. With four years inside the Redefining Strength program as a client and time spent mentoring others, she understands firsthand what it takes to create real, lasting change. Through her own journey with weight loss, body image, and learning how to truly care for herself, she knows what it means to rebuild, reconnect, and keep showing up even when it’s hard.

She meets clients exactly where they are, helping them simplify the process, take that next step forward, and build habits that lead to real, lasting results. Her coaching comes from empathy, honesty, and real-life application—creating a space where clients feel seen, supported, and capable.

Lori understands the biggest changes don’t come from doing everything perfectly, they come from the small choices you make day after day. She’s the coach who will walk alongside you, remind you of your strength, and help you keep moving forward one step at a time.
