Client Success

I’ve always had a strong interest in health, performance, and pushing myself to improve. Growing up, I was involved in sports and quickly learned the value of discipline, consistency, and resilience. Over time, that passion evolved into a deeper focus on overall fitness and long-term wellbeing.

As life got busier, I shifted my approach to training, prioritising strength, balance, and sustainability rather than just intensity. That change not only helped me stay active but also made fitness something I genuinely enjoy and can maintain long-term.

Today, I’m passionate about helping others feel more confident in themselves and their abilities. Being part of a community that supports growth, accountability, and positive change is incredibly rewarding, and I’m excited to be someone people can connect with and trust on their journey.

💡Interesting fact: I won the Kent Championship for U25 swim racers when I was 16—and somehow beat all the men too!

🥳 What do you do for fun: I’m English, so of course I love a good pub moment 😂 There’s nothing better than catching up with friends over a drink. I also really enjoy self-care, whether that’s a chilled evening to reset or a proper pamper session. I play netball as well, which I love for keeping active and social. On top of that, I enjoy going out for nice dinners and cocktails, trying new places, and making a bit of an occasion out of it. And one of my favourite simple pleasures is taking my dog out for walks.

🐣 How do you relax: I love anything that helps me switch off and recharge. Spa days are one of my favourite ways to relax, especially somewhere like Bedgebury Forest Spa Retreat or a countryside spa where I can fully unwind. I also really enjoy getting out into nature. Walks by rivers, waterfalls, or through bluebell woods are my favourite places like Bedgebury National Pinetum and Forest or Scotney Castle are perfect for that peaceful escape. On quieter days, I love cosy comforts too, reading a good book, watching a feel-good series, or going for a relaxed brunch at somewhere like The Vineyard. It’s all about slowing down and enjoying the little things.
