    Clients Say…

I am 65 years old. I have osteoarthritis, osteoporosis and have lower back issues with degenerative disc disease. I found Redefining Strength and decided to try it. It has been a game changer. I signed up for 16 weeks. My coach, Allison, is awesome! We went over all my issues and my goals and she made a plan for my workouts and nutrition to fit my needs. It has been challenging at times but so worth the work! I feel so much stronger and healthier. I have one more week left and I feel confident that I will continue with what I have Learned from this program. The support is amazing! I have gained so much strength and muscle. It’s a process but worth it!
