Andrea

Boston Marathon qualifier. Holistic nutritionist. Coaching one sustainable win at a time.

Andrea’s athletic resume is as diverse as her coaching experience — college softball, roller derby, figure competitions, and marathon running, including a Boston Marathon qualifying time. That breadth of experience across disciplines gives her an unusually versatile coaching perspective, and a genuine understanding of what it takes to chase big goals at every level.

With over a decade of coaching and a background as a holistic nutritionist and long-time vegetarian, Andrea brings particular depth to nutrition coaching — helping clients simplify their approach to food, fuel their performance, and build a healthier relationship with eating without guilt or restriction. She’s equally skilled at helping busy, family-focused clients find training and nutrition habits that actually fit into real life.

Andrea’s coaching style is structured, supportive, and relentlessly positive. She’s the coach who maps out your schedule with you, celebrates every step forward, and helps you build the kind of momentum that compounds over time. Whether the goal is a first pull-up, a marathon finish line, or simply feeling confident in your own skin, she believes the best transformations happen one sustainable win at a time.

Clients Say…

Very good experience with Redefining Strength! My husband & I became clients with in June 2023. I am 55 & my husband is 64. Our goal was to lose 25lbs or so, lose body fat & gain muscle. As we age, we want to continue to be able to live a lifestyle which allows us to hike, bike, swim, lift weights & travel. Basically, enjoy life & continue to be adventurous. Andrea guided us through workouts, nutritional changes, & educated us so that this lifestyle could be sustainable. The program & staff don’t try to make you believe that you can change your body or habits immediately. Change takes dedication, time & discipline. Some people have this starting the program & some people don’t. They help you meet yourself where you are at, encourage change, dedication & discipline. It is a team effort. Andrea was very willing to spend the time answering all of our questions via Zoom or telephone calls, emails and/or the program’s app. If you think it is time for a lifestyle change, would like to see a more healthy version of yourself, or are preparing for a competition, Redefining Strength can help you reach your goals.
