Julia

Registered Dietitian. Master's in Nutrition. Making evidence-based health actually livable.

Julia’s foundation in coaching runs deep — a collegiate athletic career that revealed the transformative power of nutrition, followed by a Bachelor’s and Master’s in Nutrition and a career as a Registered Dietitian. That combination of lived experience and academic rigor gives her a perspective that is both scientifically grounded and genuinely human.

Her coaching cuts through the noise. In a world full of trendy fads and conflicting advice, Julia focuses on what the evidence actually supports — helping clients understand the why behind their plan so they can make informed decisions for life, not just for the next 12 weeks. Whether the goal is weight loss, gut health, performance, or simply feeling better day to day, she builds strategies around what to add, not just what to cut.

Julia’s approach is calm, practical, and compassionate. Clients consistently describe her as approachable and clear — someone who takes complex nutrition science and turns it into everyday habits that actually stick. Her mission is straightforward: give every client the tools to thrive long after the program ends.

Clients Say…

I have learned so much from this program both with getting stronger mentally and physically and I have also become more macros wiser. When I started this program I was at 41% body fat. I am now at 28.7% body fat and have a normal BMI. I will forever be grateful for the knowledge I have gained from Julia. This journey has been both fun and challenging and I wish everyone the best as they go through the program. This isn’t the end for me, this is just the beginning of a new chapter of my fitness journey.
