Kelli

Former D1 Athlete. Strength coach. Making fitness fun, doable, and built to last.

Kelli’s relationship with movement started long before she became a coach. As a Division I college soccer player, she learned what it means to train with purpose — and after graduating, she channeled that competitive drive directly into helping others build lasting strength and health. She’s been coaching ever since, working with clients across every experience level and stage of life.

Her expertise spans resistance training, Pilates, and sustainable weight loss, with a particular focus on hormone health and gut issues in women navigating menopause or major life transitions. Kelli’s approach is science-backed but never intimidating — she believes workouts should feel empowering and even enjoyable, not like something to survive.

What sets Kelli apart is her ability to cut through the noise and build momentum that actually holds. Whether a client is picking up a barbell for the first time or rebooting a routine that’s stopped working, she meets them exactly where they are and helps them build the kind of results that don’t disappear when life gets busy.

Clients Say…

I found Redefining Strength online.I really didn’t know what was possible for me as a 63 year old, post menopausal, plant based, woman. Kelli has been my guiding light. Teaching me how to track macros, getting me dietician help when I was struggling with meeting my macros on a vegan diet, patiently guiding me into a home workout schedule, and then transitioning me to the gym. We navigated injuries and vacations together. She was always just a text away. I have had so many amazing wins. I am now comfortable managing my macros, calories and work outs through holidays, vacations and life. I’ve lost over 20 pounds, and lots of inches. Having to buy a new wardrobe is a good problem to have. I did a Dexafit scan before I started the program and I was 32.3% body fat, I’m now 19.5% body fat, I put on 3.8 pounds of muscle, and my VO2 went up 4 points.I went on vacations, ate out at restaurants, enjoyed social outings and holidays. I had injuries and setbacks. I just never lost sight of my goals and it is paying off. That is what this program is about, getting healthy in the real world while providing lots of tools and support. I highly recommend this program if you are ready to make a change.
