I signed up for the 1.1 training. Their placement of trainer could not have been any more perfect then Leigh Comerci. I can not rave enough about her expertise, coaching method, friendliness, and her motivational techniques. They were exactly what I needed. Being a trainer myself and having all the tools and knowledge, I still struggled with making time for myself. I would work out whenever I had some free time, which didn’t happen often enough, add menopause to this equation and it was a recipe for disaster. I started with Leigh and all that changed, she taught me how to prioritize myself, the workouts she programmed were spot on! As I started the program my mother fell ill and there were a lot of surgery, hospital and doctor visits. On a normal day I would have just gone home and fallen into the couch and veg, but Leigh kept me on track, she kept me motivated. I stayed healthy through all of this drama. I actually love to and look forward to my workouts again! I wanted a program where I could still go out and enjoy dinner and a few cocktails, but still see results. This is the program! I have learned so much about the importance of logging my food and macro counting. Leigh has a great prospective on the macros and explains it so that it is easy to comprehend. I was not the best at hitting my macros at first, but she knew what adjustments to make and it all just fell into place. My scale and measurements really didn’t move much, but I can tell you my body composition is really taking shape. Don’t give up it will happen, this program works! I am so appreciative of all the support and knowledge Leigh has given me through all the hardships I faced during our time together. Her expertise in Physical Therapy came through when my herniated disc started acting up, without missing a beat or workout , Leigh had a focused program for my back and had me back to full workouts with a week. She is truly AMAZING!
