Nearly two decades of coaching. Helping active women perform, explore, and thrive at every age

Liz brings nearly two decades of coaching experience and a personal commitment to staying active that goes well beyond the gym. As a competitive ultra-runner, mom, and wife, she lives the philosophy she coaches — that fitness isn’t a phase, it’s a lifelong practice that evolves with you.

Her focus is on active women 50 and beyond who want to keep performing, adventuring, and feeling strong as their bodies change. Liz specializes in menopausal health, endurance training, and functional aging — areas where her combination of advanced certifications and lived experience gives her clients a genuine edge. She understands the physiological shifts that come with this stage of life and builds programs that work with your body, not against it.

Liz’s coaching blends evidence-based training, nutrition education, and enough variety to keep the process genuinely enjoyable. Whether you’re training for an ultra, picking up pickleball, or simply want to move through life with more strength and confidence, she brings the knowledge, the energy, and the curiosity to help you get there.

Clients Say…

Enlightened and Energized….this is how I describe my fitness journey. I was stuck inside my head of what I should be doing. Who pops up, Redefining Strength. I have been working with  Liz. What a fantastic experience! In addition to taking on a caregiving role for a parent more fulltime than parttime and working a full time career, I took on learning all I never knew or understood about Macros, Nutrient Dense foods, NO foods are bad, read that again…. just manage them appropriately. Mix in the pre-hab foam rolling miracle moves I never used, add some planned workouts in addition to my already active life style….I have a new me!! I went from undereating, stalled metabolism, and stressed from caregiving to a new eating plan, probably double what I ate prior, my bloodwork looks amazing, cholesterol down… no more BP meds to manage the stress of caregiving and…. I lost weight I really didn’t know I wanted to lose… I am back to lifting weight I shied away from and ordering higher weights I said I would NEVER lift!! Do the Program!!! . It does wonders for you mentally and physically! The hardest part… tracking food and eating more than you think you can
