Challenge Overview and Next Steps….
The free challenge is an amazing way to ADD ON to your current routine. The skill work and mobility sessions can easily be done in addition to your current workouts.
The VIP Challenge includes not only the skill work and mobility sessions but also a FULL workout schedule to strength and tone your entire body.
You’ll have the option to pick from programs that range in schedules from 3-6 days a week and include both full bodyweight workouts to gym options.
You’ll also get a bonus 20-Minute Torcher progression for when you’re short on time as well as recipes and a macro calculator!
(And don’t forget that BONUS Prize too!)
I recommend a foam roller and tennis ball for the mobility work.
A bench can also be helpful as well as I do show you how to use a light weight and suspension trainer.
But you can use the skill work in the free challenge with just even a tennis ball and your household furniture!
You will have access to the Dynamic Strength App with the VIP challenge for 6 weeks.
You can decide to continue to use the app and get new workouts monthly if you want to keep access after the challenge.
