Valerie’s journey into fitness began after the birth of her third son — a moment of frustration that turned into education, and education that turned into transformation. That origin story shapes everything about how she coaches: with the understanding that real change starts from a real place, and that the path forward has to be built on knowledge, not just willpower.

With over 15 years of experience, Valerie specializes in helping women lose fat, build muscle, and develop a genuine love for strength training. Her approach goes beyond aesthetics — she’s focused on building the confidence, capability, and lifelong habits that make results stick. She’s particularly passionate about hypertrophy training and helping women over 40 break free from outdated cardio-first thinking and finally train in a way that actually works for their bodies.

Valerie brings a strong focus on perimenopause and beyond, helping clients navigate hormonal shifts with smart, evidence-informed programming and the perfect blend of empathy, education, and direct coaching.
