In college, Dennis would work out 6-7 days a week, doing 90 minute workouts plus 2 hours of practice and even extra shooting. This led to him getting burnt out and searching for a better, more efficient way to get results. Which is what led to Dennis and Kelsey starting the high intensity interval training program that became their brand HIITBURN.
