Handstand Wall Hold

To do the full Handstand Wall Hold, your goal is to get your body parallel to the wall. Walk your feet up the wall as you walk your hands back toward the wall until you are as close to the wall as possible. As you start to walk up the wall to perform the hold, you may not initial be as close to parallel. As you get stronger though, you will get closer to completely vertical.

As you hold, engage your abs and glutes and create a nice straight line with your body from the heels of your palms all the way up to the heels of your feet.

Your entire body will be engaged and working to maintain this nice straight line. Also focus on really gripping the ground with your hands as you hold.

To progress from here, you can actually kick back up to the wall and face away instead of walking your feet up the wall.
