Just curious why do you not put one or two portable heaters in your gymn, to use while you are working out? There are lots of good ones available. No point having chilled muscles especially with your skills at working out.
I do a great warm up 😉 It’s just overcoming the hurdles to start and it’s truly me being over dramatic haha
I feel like I’m “doing” a lot while in the RS program to stay motivated and staying on track but my 1% is adding Amino Acids into my workout beverage this week to try to make that a habit
You are doing a ton BUT as you know, that makes you want to make other small tweaks too!
