Loved this podcast! At 57 years young….it’s the first time I have heard someone speak these truths! I was raised with the concept of “everything in moderation” yet failed to apply it to food fads. Keep up the great work, you are an inspiration. I have failed every time with the “all or nothing, good and bad diets”. This totally makes sense for me, each person is different, there is no “one size fits all” for personal best. Thank You Miss Nuance! I am still learning and loving it…..LOL
