  • Don’t forget to strength train. This can include bodyweight training, but more cardio isn’t always the key to weight loss.
  • Slow and steady wins the race. Trying to get results faster can lead to yo-yo dieting and constantly ending up worse off than where we started!

    I’m Vegan so not sure Macros will work for me

    So macros are in ALL foods. Vegetables, fruits, grains…all are made up of proteins, carbs and fats. No matter your dietary preference, if you want to make lasting aesthetic changes and fuel your goals, you need to understand the breakdown of your foods. Plus, I go over vegan meal plans and ideal ratios in my Macro Hacks.

    Thinking of signing up for the Macro Hacks Program but the tracking part is a bit daunting – can you expend on how this is done
    Seems that there is an app but what information do you need to track/enter – what knowledge of food composition / calorie counting is required?

    Kim, I am vegan and I have done the Macrohacks proram. Macros are your carbs, proteins and fats so they are in everything you eat . You just have to track it and use the ratios to fit your goals.

    Hi Tracy. So the app calculates everything as you will put in the information from the program. And because I know it can be a bit overwhelming to start, I have sample days and recipes laid out to help you get going!
