Yes, of course you are right as always. I reached my goal weight a year ago and had no clue what to do next. I spent my whole life trying to lose. I think it is almost harder now because it is a new normal. Setting new goals, in my case is building more lean muscle and maybe doing a photoshoot, and continuing to keep my support system in place is crucial. I love my new me .
