I love every tip and explanation you offer. So many “fitness experts” have a one size fits all method which we all know isn’t right. Thank you for being honest and real.

Hi Cori! Always great info! Any tips on the best way to get protein for a vegetarian? I eat dairy but no meat or fish
So in my Macro Hacks I have a great chart on complementary proteins as well as ratios and recipes. Here’s also a little article and recipe – https://redefiningstrength.com/why-protein-is-key-even-for-vegetarians/
Thanks! There’s so much conflicting (mis)information circulating around, it’s great to have an educated explanation of what is important for getting results.
Thank you Cori?
