Hi Bessy. The key with macros is that you can even enjoy your own meals and recipes. And I try to keep it to foods that are more widely available as I have clients around the world doing it!
I absolutely love this. Thank you for publishing it. I really needed to hear it. It’s stuff you kinda know already but forget over time.
Loved ? it thank you Cori
Glad it helps Muna!
Glad it helps Lou! Although this one I didn’t write for you like I made the graphic for you ;-P

Glad it helped Ronda!
I appreciate this so much. I weigh everyday whether it be good or bad it helps me be accountable to myself. Thanks for all you do!!!
I’m not big on using a scale because of the fluctuating but this is really important to get out there. Thank you
So glad you found a balance right for you Sharon!
Glad you found what works for you Edith! 🙂
Thank you for this! So true and thanks for all you do!
Glad to hear this! I honestly thought that weighing yourself everyday was a bad habit. It does backfire on me because when the weight is coming off I lax up a bit. And when it starts going back up I watch more carefully. In essence it is my form of yo yo dieting, but never reach my goal. This time I need to keep up with macros and plan for the treats a little less often! Also keeping up with water and set exercises go hand in hand!
Glad it helps my Minioncorn!
So glad it helps Linda! I think it’s finding a balance that works for us as it is data! And we’re always a work in progress. Finding that balance right for us and planning ahead is key!
I’ve always heard to weigh yourself at the same time of the day. Is that correct or should you vary weighing?
I would keep it consistent first thing in the morning for the most “accurate” reading.
Thank you Cori! .
Best
Susan
Glad it helps Unicorn!
Super helpful!
This podcast was a true affirmation for me as to why I don’t weigh myself. Having chronic illnesses for many years, caused weight gain from poor eating, meds and no exercise.
Finally finding a wonderful physical therapist I went from wheelchair to working out 1hr 2x week and light exercise on the other days. I’m just 4 months I have less pain, love exercise (always hated it) but more importantly I look and feel better!
I can tell how I’m progressing by how my clothes fit. For me the scale doesn’t reflect the full picture!
So glad it helps!
Love that you’re finding the measures of progress that matter to you and help you keep moving forward! Great job embracing the process Linda! Never easy to rebuild!
Great info; however, I feel I’ve been tricked…ok, I’ll dare to weigh myself…and now I’m learning it’s more beneficial to weigh daily😳
Jk…lol
It makes sense; but big change🤓
hehe tricked?! But yes…sometimes you may decided NOT to use a tool BUT whether you use it or not…or even how you use it…I think it is key you understand the upsides and downsides or potential flaws with specific usages.
