Hi Cori!
How are you?
Before i go ahead with a question i just wanted to say how much i like you!!!!
Thank you for sharing awesome info and trainings to do!!!
You really are awesome….:)
Anyway, i am
48 years old, mother of three. I exercise a lot and i am in very good shape… my question….
I’ve always had a little bump on my abs just under the belly… it’s been there since i was young.
The more i train my abs, it seems to get bigger… do you have any suggestions, advice and why this is?
My daughter who is 17 has that little bump too…
Is it possible to get rid off it?
Non of us are overweight at all.
Thank you so much!!!
Have you seen a doctor about it? It could be a couple of different things from a hernia to just a fat deposit that becomes more noticeable as you get leaner. But best to get checked to know.
