I guess you could use a soy sauce or teriyaki? You would just have to adjust the macros for that sauce. You could even try mustard and then probably wouldn’t need to adjust macros much too!

I just entered this into MFP and the macros they gave are a lotttt different than the ones listed here. I got:
F: 18.9g
C: 54.4g
P: 37.7g
Total Calories: 527
Did I enter something wrong?
Could be the leanness of the ground chicken you used or selected. Could be the type of Frank’s you selected. I would double check the macros on ingredients as I one time I found a garlic in there with 1000 calories haha. But it may just be the ingredients in My Fitness Pal.
