Can i do these if my goal is to gain muscle..??
Im quite lean at 102 lbs, gaining muscle and a little fat along the way but im honestly struggling controlling my macros…
will macro cycling help..??
While I follow your programs and try to do the exercises, that seem to suit cycling, I find it frustrating that there is no mention of training for older people i use a heart rate monitor but what or how much notice should I take of the figure’s recorded, what are the maximums you would advise for a 85 year old cyclist while training to ride 100ml not a race.
Yes! Macro cycling is high protein and promotes lean muscle mass. Feel free to message me too if you do it for help!
Hi John…That is because I don’t change what I’m doing based on age. Fitness is about ability. I have 70 plus year old clients doing things some of my 20 year olds can’t. Your max heart rate would also be dependent on your fitness level. I would calculate it based on your resting heart rate and fitness level not just your age if you’ve been active. Cori
I would like to get the actual book is it still available with the bundle or just the eBooks?
Hi Gloria. So I’ve currently only done a prelaunch since I won’t get the books to ship until the 12ish. If you are in the US, you can join the prelaunch here if you’re interested still! I’ll be opening up shipping worldwide in a few weeks! https://events.redefiningstrength.com/book-prelaunch – Cori
Hi I’m 52 yrs old and i would like to see what’s this program is about cause every diet I try doesn’t work for me I start something and never get to finish cause it’s very low in calorie the problem that i really have is my mid and lower section. Oh and I really don’t check my emails
Hi Marie. So This may provide you with some more information. It isn’t low calorie and it doesn’t cut out food groups. https://redefiningstrength.clickfunnels.com/macro-cycling-shred
Hello. Can this diet work for those eating only plant-based foods, such as vegans?
Hi Jennifer. Vegetarians have an easy time doing it and I even have sample days in the program with recipes for them. I’ve found vegans do have a harder time hitting the protein, but have still found it useful to help them focus on getting more protein.
Does the boook include daily eating plans?
Hi Rosie. It does have recipes and sample days. If you want a program that is completely done for you, you may like my macro map – https://goo.gl/DrdrEG
Why eat food that makes you sick….millions are dumping carbs and feeling better and healthier and thinner. Why demonize them??? #timetounfollow
Hi Sarah. Not all carbs are created equal. Processed food is what makes people sick. Even vegetables are carbs. I’m just saying you don’t have to hold yourself to an unrealistic standard that athletes follow for a sport. But totally understand you have to do what is right for you! Best of luck!
